Ticketed by Photo Radar?
Photo radar has become a political issue in the news and in the courts. The legalities or illegalities should be decided by courts following the law. Instead, politicians and private companies decide whether to follow Arizona law when citing citizens for speed violations. New feature added to PhotoRadarLaw to keep you informed! Now you can find out when new cases are added or when new camera locations are posted. Here's how: Just go to our Locations page or our Cases Won page, provide your email address and you will receive an email whenever those pages change with new information! It's all private and free so check it out now and be informed.
Photo Radar "rights" take a giant leap forward! New appeal decisions support long-held beliefs that drivers do have rights! Check our News page to read about Mel McDonald's case and check our Cases Won page for even more winners!
So far the law has not changed! Photo radar continues to be processed illegally--not in compliance with the law. No new laws have been passed allowing registered owners to be cited. No court case allows that practice! Be informed. Don't pay a ticket that was illegally issued or you are condoning bad practices!

Read this quote by one of the Supreme Court's most elequent judges: "Decency, security and liberty alike demand that government officials shall be subjected to the same rules of conduct that are commands to the citizen. In a government of laws, existence of the government will be imperilled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously. Our Government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the Government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy." -- Justice Louis Brandeis in Olmstead v. United States, 277 U.S. 438, 485 (1928)
